Job Responsibilities
- Support execution of R&D activities, including product formulation, testing, and trials.
- Assist in laboratory, pilot, and plant trials under guidance of R&D leadership.
- Collect, record, and analyse test data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Support compliance with CPOHB, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams during trials and product testing.
- Maintain R&D documentation, samples, and technical records.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow R&D protocols, safety procedures, and governance requirements.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Apoteker
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Formulation (Pharmaceutical / Animal Health Product)
- Proficient in using formulation software and analytical tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in experimental work and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
