Formation Analyst

Job Description

• Maintain and monitor total corporate formation data.
• Ensure alignment of formation architecture and integration across units.
• Conduct role analysis to support organizational clarity.
• Plan and arrange current and future people placement.
• Analyze and report on workforce productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in formation analysis, workforce planning, or organizational design.
• Proven hands-on experience as a Formation Analyst or in a similar role, managing end-to-end formation processes.
• Strong understanding of organizational structure, role architecture, and position mapping across units.
• Experience in people placement planning for both current and future workforce needs.
• Ability to conduct role analysis and job evaluation to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with HR systems or workforce analytics tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to align formation frameworks with business and HR partners.
