Responsibilities :
- Manage Forestry Licensing : Obtain, renew, and maintain forestry-related licenses while ensuring all requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Lead Stakeholder & Government Engagement : Build and maintain effective relationship with government agencies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor Regulatory & Policy Changes : Track and assess regulatory developments that may impact forestry operations, licensing, and business activities.
- Ensure Compliance & Reporting : Oversee the preparations and submission of mandatory reports to government authorities (e.g., SIINAS, LKPM, POME, SIMPEL)
- Coordinate Stakeholder Activities : Organize meetings, site visits, engagement programs, maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Address licensing and stakeholder-related issues, resolve conflicts where necessary, and provide support to internal departments on regulatory and external affairs matters.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in related field (preferably legal, waste management, or environment).
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field (Corporate Affairs, License, Stakeholder Relation, etc.).
- Strong in analytical thinking and good communication skill.
- Willing to travel to job location.
