Role Description The Forensic Investigator [Associate] role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves supporting forensic investigations related to fraud, financial crime, cyber incidents, and regulatory breaches, including evidence collection, data analysis, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial records and digital data, conducting interviews, preparing clear and accurate reports, and assisting in the preservation and chain-of-custody of evidence. The Forensic Investigator [Associate] will collaborate closely with more senior team members, contribute to client presentations, and help ensure that assignments are delivered with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and timeliness. The role also includes continuous learning on emerging forensic techniques, cybersecurity trends, and relevant legal and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, digital information, and complex case materials.
• Knowledge of forensic methodologies, basic cybersecurity concepts, and financial crime typologies or a strong interest in developing expertise in these areas.
• Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and presentation of findings in a clear, structured, and objective manner.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in handling evidence and data, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, information technology, forensic science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and willingness to learn specialized forensic and data analysis software.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Have a good self control, able to focus on tasks, willing to learn and have a well attitude (mature attitude)
