FOREMAN PRODUCTION

. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
. Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage manufacturing experience in machine operation is a plus.
. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
. Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System is an advantage.
. Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.

. Ensure production targets are achieved with consistent quality and quantity.
. Plan and manage manpower to keep operations running smoothly.
. Lead daily briefings, monitor performance, and foster team collaboration.
. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production area.
. Optimize material usage and drive process efficiency.
. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
