FOREMAN ENGINEERING

. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
. Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage manufacturing experience in machine operation is an advantage.
. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
. Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System will be considered an advantage.

. Oversee and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal machine performance on the production floor.
. Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine issues and maintain operational standards.
. Manage spare parts inventory and initiate purchase requests when required.
. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
. Review and maintain reports, checklists, and ensure accountability to management.
