Footwear Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

• Communicate closely with PCC (Product Creation Center) on engineering and trial topics
• Conduct/Lead T/P, MST, EST and FSR trial
• Review trial results and provide clear feedback to PCC
• Work with Production to solve upper-related issues
• Support smooth transition from trial to mass production
• Join internal and Nike-related meetings when needed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in footwear factory engineering
• Experience working with Commercialization (Commerce) teams is preferred
• Experience in a Nike footwear factory is strongly preferred
• Able to use Procam is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills in production and trials
• Good communication skills with engineering and production teams
