Food Services Sales Supervisor - Central 1

Job Description Summary:

Implement sales distribution strategy activities in terms of target fulfillment, volume growth, distribution, product penetration.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for volume growth of products in FSBC channel designated area through development and implementation of sales programs that maximize target fulfilment from the assigned/target accounts
• Research and analyze sales options relevant to their area of responsibility
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to determine their needs
• Regularly implement customer visit and customer business review
• Seek for new opportunities and participate in conference, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups that will support sales growth
• Responsible in the development of market potential
• Maintain price stability in the area
• Conducting Recruitment of distributor selection in new area
• Arrange rolling forecast

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in bakery/food service chanel
• Focused on customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Placement at Tangerang
