Food Service Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the food service segment, including consumer packs, premixes, and potential complementary products (food ingredients and related products).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels across HORECA, bakeries, restaurants, and medium-scale food industries.
• Drive the implementation of solution selling by offering end-to-end food solutions rather than single-product sales.
• Manage and develop product portfolios tailored to food service customers needs.
• Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to develop new products aligned with market demands.
• Initiate and manage partnerships with external partners (ingredient suppliers, packaging providers, etc.) to broaden the range of solutions offered.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts within the food service segment.
• Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and product bundling programs with key customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Food Service Manager, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data analysis and numerical reporting.
• Willing and able to travel as required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
