Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Scientist, based in Pematangsiantar. The Food Scientist will develop, test, and refine food products, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting research and development (R&D) to improve food production processes, analyzing laboratory results, and applying food technology to create innovative products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure high-quality output for market demand will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Food Science and Food Technology
- Strong Research and Development (R&D) experience
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample analysis and testing protocols
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including best practices and safety regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to meet quality and compliance standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience working in food production or agricultural technology is an advantage
