Role Description

MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGERIAL IN MODERN RETAIL F&B OUTLET

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between departments, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong skills in Operations Management to maximize efficiency and streamline processes
• Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Proven abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to enhance guest experiences
• Leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Experience with inventory management and budget control
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in relevant industry software is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
