Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Tamarin Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, and Culinary Skills
• Experience in staff management, inventory control, and cost management
• Customer service and communication skills
• Menu planning and food safety knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
