Our client is a reputable international company focused on delivering high-quality digital solutions. With a strong presence in the technology sector, they emphasize innovation, operational excellence, and scalable mobile experiences. They are now expanding their mobile development capabilities and are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to support ongoing app development and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Implement app features with proper state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX)
- Integrate REST APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries efficiently
- Optimize mobile app performance, security, and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, designs, and feature delivery
- Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Work with version control systems (Git) to manage project code and workflows
Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart
- Solid understanding of Flutter widgets, app lifecycle, and state management
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries
- Experience using Git for version control
- Understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
Contract & Benefits
- This position is a Service Contract / Independent Contractor
- Full-time role with fixed working hours and daily responsibilities not part-time or project-based
- Monthly compensation is fixed and paid monthly
- No employee benefits such as BPJS, THR, or tax deductions; these are the candidate's personal responsibility
