Role Description

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor for a full-time role at our Semarang location. As the Floor Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, providing training and coaching, maintaining service quality, and supporting sales initiatives to meet targets. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to support the dynamic environment of Malibu Beachfront.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure smooth guest interactions and satisfaction
• Experience in Training and Coaching to mentor and guide team members effectively
• Sales skills with the ability to contribute to revenue goals and operational success
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
