Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the proudct lifecycle of Fleeto/ product features from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Deliver high-quality features that solve user problems
  • Build and prioritize the backlog. Backlog management (Create, maintain, and prioritize user stories). Ensure the team always has a clear, refined backlog of work.
  • Sprint Planning: Partner with the Scrum Master to guide sprint planning. Answer team questions about feature scope in real time.
  • Requirements Definition: Write clear acceptance criteria. Translate high-level business ideas into detailed technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Background
  • Education: S1 in Electrical Engineering, Automotive engineering, Information system, Mechanical Engineering preferred. Any engineering field is welcome.
  • Experience Level: 2–4 years of experience working with IoT hardware, physical or digital product development.
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid SIM A or SIM C. Willing to travel and is mobile.
  • Hard Skills & Technical Criteria A. Field & Hardware Execution (50% of the Role)
  • Automotive Electrical Knowledge: Proficient in 12V/24V vehicle wiring systems, relays, fuse box tapping, and multimeter troubleshooting.
  • Field Testing: Ability to conduct physical QA testing on-site to ensure telemetry hardware is transmitting correct data packets to the backend. B. Product & Scrum Facilitation (50% of the Role)
  • Agile/Scrum Operations: Familiarity with basic Agile principles, running daily standups, and tracking sprint progress.
  • Project Tooling: Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.
  • Requirement Translation: Ability to convert real-world field issues and customer feedback into structured user stories and technical bug tickets for software developers.
  • UAT & Release Validation: Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on newly developed software features against actual physical hardware behavior.
  • Soft Skills & Behavioral Traits
  • High Adaptability: Comfortable moving seamlessly between dirty, hot client fleet yards and structured software sprint meetings.
  • Problem-Solving & Grit: Self-driven when facing undocumented vehicle wiring or unexpected CAN-bus protocols on-site.
  • Clear Communication: Able to translate complex technical field problems into clear instructions for software engineers, and vice versa.
