Fleet Support Assistant - Fleet Maintenance, SPX Xpress

Job Description:
- Supporting drivers across SPX Xpress departments for vehicle breakdown cases,accident cases, and resolving cases on the road for drivers.
- Arrange, coordinate and manage periodic vehicles maintenance on a monthly basis.
- Responsible in managing Insurance claim cases for case such as accidents repairs and third party claims.
- In charge of attending to Summon cases at the JPJ & PDRM office.
- Responsible for mobilizing vehicles for workshop repairs, recollecting vehicles dropped by resigned drivers and such.
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in coordinating with insurance dealer and workshops or similar capacity
- Good in communication and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.
- Working location: Pulau Indah, Westport
