Fleet Operations Manager Taxi Industry

Responsibilities

• Manage overall taxi fleet operations, including fleet availability, utilization, and operational planning.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure fleet readiness and operational efficiency.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing activities.
• Manage vehicle equipment and ensure fleet compliance with relevant operational and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and optimize fleet-related operational costs and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Manage operational issues and make decisions to ensure smooth and continuous fleet operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance partners, vendors, and other operational partners.
• Develop and implement improvements to fleet management processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous or current experience in the taxi industry is required.
• Hands-on experience in Fleet Operations, Fleet Management, Taxi Operations, or related functions.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, readiness, utilization, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with fleet-related operating costs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
