  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for owned units.
  • Lead daily in-house workshop operations, ensuring SLA and service quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors for external repairs, towing, and rescue services.
  • Validate repair invoices, cost estimates, and service reports.
  • Monitor fleet downtime, service schedules, and vendor SLA performance.
  • Ensure compliance with vehicle documents (STNK, KEUR, insurance).
  • Supervise and develop a small team of coordinators, mechanics, and planners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in fleet maintenance or workshop operations, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage hundreds of vehicles across multiple locations.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, vendor management, and cost control.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and familiar with fleet management or telematics systems.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
