  • Execute marketing strategies and policies in alignment with company directives and under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager Commercial Heavy Equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners (dealers, insurance companies) and customers to support portfolio growth
  • Conduct comprehensive credit surveys of prospective debtors and prepare detailed reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Ensure accurate and complete completion of credit application documentation from prospective debtors
  • Verify and ensure the completeness of all required credit application documents prior to submission
  • Oversee and monitor the end-to-end credit application process through to final credit approval
  • Perform collateral appraisals for primary (used units) and/or additional collateral (vehicles/used equipment) in accordance with established valuation standards
  • Communicate credit decisions effectively to business partners and prospective debtors
  • Coordinate and facilitate the execution of credit agreement signings by all relevant parties
  • Monitor disbursement processes, product payments, and refunds to business partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Track and analyze debtor payment performance using AR aging tools throughout the loan tenure, and proactively develop solutions to ensure timely repayment and portfolio quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in fleet financing within a multifinance company or banking institution
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic and comprehensive approach to decision-making
  • Strategic and innovative mindset, results-oriented, and driven to support sustainable business growth
