Implement marketing strategies and policies that have been set by the company and in accordance with the direction of the Regional Sales Manager Commercial Heavy Equipment
Create and maintain relationships with partners (dealers, insurance companies) and consumers.
Conduct surveys of prospective debtors, and create survey reports in accordance with company regulations.
Complete application forms from prospective debtors.
Ensure completeness of credit application requirements from prospective debtors.
Monitor the credit application process until the credit decision is issued.
Conduct appraisals of the main collateral unit (used unit) and or additional collateral unit (for used vehicles/units).
Inform partners (dealers) and prospective debtors of the credit decision results.
Arrange the implementation of the signing of the PK by the parties.
Monitor product payments and refunds to partners so that they run smoothly.
Monitor debtor payment performance based on AR aging tools during the tenor period and find solutions so that installment payments from debtors always run smoothly.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet financing at a multifinance company or bank
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and lead teams effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a creative and comprehensive approach to problem solving and decision making
Ability to think strategically and innovatively, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
