Description
- Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including asset registration, transfers, maintenance of records, and disposals
- Perform monthly depreciation calculations, asset valuation reviews, and impairment assessments
- Conduct reconciliations between fixed asset sub-ledgers and the general ledger, monitor capital work-in-progress balances, and prepare supporting reports for management and audit purposes
- Support periodic physical verification and inventory checks of company fixed assets.
- Review financial documents, contracts, and related processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and consolidate financial records, schedules, and reports for external reporting requirements.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable university
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting with auditor background
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, verbal and written
- International/mnc exposure is preferred
