Our Finance department is seeking a Fixed Assets to join our team in Wanaherang, West Java. In this position you will be responsible for external and internal reporting related to investment activities (Actual Reporting). To ensure accuracy compliance and completeness of fixed asset related supporting document, physic asset and filling.

What you'll do:

• Capitalization of new Fixed Asset in SAP system, supported with completes the support document with Purchase Request and Purchase Order, invoice and other documentation of fixed asset.
• Control and monitor the additional amount of Fixed Asset in G/L account in SAP (based on Commercial, Fiscal, National and DAG classification).
• Ensure that the running depreciation done every month end in SAP system.
• Maintain the disposal of retirement of Fixed Asset in SAP system.
• Prepared the retirement report of fixed asset monthly.
• Cooperate with Sales team check the accurate data and physical check to perform write off Fixed Asset.
• Prepare additional report of fixed asset report year to date for commercial report and fiscal report accordance to request from Auditor.
• Ensure the identification of all fixed asset has been recorded in SAP.
• Provide the several samples of fixed asset report including supporting report if necessary needed by Auditor
• Prepare reconciliation report between G/L report and SAP report.

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Professional certifications(preferred but not mandatory): Brevet A & B (Tax)
• Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposal.
• Experience in internal and external reporting related to investment activities.
• Strong capability in document control, filing, and audit-ready documentation.
• Ability to manage and validate supporting documents (invoices, contracts, asset registers).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
