Company Description NOMADS PADEL VILLAGE is a new padel and lifestyle destination opening in 2026 in Canggu, Bali. Designed as an all-in facility club, it will feature seven premium padel courts and a modern, community-focused environment. The venue aims to blend high-quality sports facilities with a vibrant social and wellness experience. As part of Asia's emerging padel scene, NOMADS PADEL VILLAGE offers fitness professionals the opportunity to help shape a flagship destination from the ground up.

Role Description The Fitness Coach will work on-site in Badung in a full-time capacity, delivering engaging, safe, and effective fitness sessions to club members and guests. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading group exercise classes, providing individualized fitness training programs, and offering guidance on proper technique and injury prevention.

The role involves assessing participant fitness levels, tracking progress, and adapting workouts to diverse abilities and goals. The Fitness Coach will collaborate alongside with padel coaches and gym head and other staff to support an integrated sports and wellness experience, offer basic nutrition advice in line with club guidelines, and contribute to member events and community activities. Maintaining a clean, well-organized training environment and upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2/3 years coaching experience, strong

  • skills in Group Exercise, one on one and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to lead classes for varied fitness levels.
  • Proficiency in personalized Fitness Training, including program design and one-on-one coaching.
  • Foundational knowledge of Nutrition to provide general, evidence-based guidance that supports member wellness.
  • Understanding of the Fitness Industry, including current trends, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness) from recognized organizations.
  • Experience working in sports clubs, gyms, or wellness facilities; prior work with racquet or court sports is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, motivate diverse groups, and foster an inclusive, respectful environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on club scheduling needs.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain these before starting.
