You will manage the balance and movement of finished goods across multiple major warehouses, ensuring flawless data synchronization between our centralized omnichannel system, online marketplaces, and B2B partners. Your main focus is to maintain optimum stock availability, eliminate discrepancies, and prevent overselling during high-traffic campaign drops.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and control real-time inventory levels of finished goods across multiple warehouse locations through centralized systems.
• Perform regular system data reconciliation against active marketplace stocks to ensure zero discrepancies and eliminate the risk of oversold or negative inventory.
• Evaluate and guarantee stock availability ahead of major marketing campaigns, product drops, or routine channel restocks.
• Track and analyze inventory movement velocities across all sales channels, bridging the demand between direct-to-consumer marketplaces and B2B networks.
• Generate demand forecasts based on historical sales movements to optimize stock replenishment cycles.
• Coordinate internal stock transfers, inbound logistics from factories, and inter-warehouse distribution to maintain efficient fulfillment workflows.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer care and fulfillment operations to resolve inventory-related issues or stock anomalies swiftly.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inventory Control, PPIC, or Warehouse Operations, preferably within a fast-paced FMCG, E-commerce, or Beauty brand.
• Strong familiarity with Omnichannel inventory management systems and major marketplace backend dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for inventory tracking, basic data reconciliation, and analytical reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical agility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with multi-location warehouses and internal operational teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-volume payday and double-date sales campaigns.
