Job Description


You will be responsible for developing, defining, implementing strategies, IT (from high to field level activities) to help our clients to solve their pain points, focused on Banking, Asset Finance, or other Financial Services Industries.

In this role, you will be challenged by various conditions such as Multicultural-Global (working with Expatriate) & Fast-paced Environment and Core Capabilities needed are; open-minded, independent, eager to learn, flexible, high initiative & have strong will to solve problems.

Financial Service BU is a newly formed BU where we are still building our strong foundation.

You will work with experts from other countries to help solidify our clients base in Indonesia. If you feel you possess the grit, independence to work alone or in a team, and up for challenges, we would like you to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

(The tasks may include but not limited to the followings)

  • Work as a client-facing Consultant
  • Develop, define and implement countermeasures to solve client's pain points
  • Identify issues for further analysis and offer solutions
  • Develop solutions based on the analysis
  • Create plans to implement the solution
  • Create proper Project Documentation
  • Contribute Business Development activities such as Proposal creation
  • Team building activities
  • Research and development activities
  • Internal knowledge management activities

Expected Skill/Experience


  • Bachelor of Economics/Business Management/Computer Science
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing
  • Industry & Business Area:
  1. Working in consulting firm and provide consulting services instead of product
  2. IT Planning or PMO related banking or asset finance
  • Business Experience: Working experience in Consulting more than 3 years in total or 6 years in Banking, Multi Finance, IT Planning or PMO.
  • Team Management:
  1. Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  2. Able to work as Team & Lead Team
  3. Able to work in Multicultural Environment
  4. Able to work in Fast-paced Environment
  5. Able to use & create Project Documentation for Team Communication & Project Delivery


  • Industry & Business Area: Working experience to facing client in Financial industry Sector.
  • Business Experience: Business Development experience
  • Team Management: project manager experience and working overseas experience
  • Academic Background: Graduated overseas university
  • Fluent in Japanese both speaking and writing
