Responsibilities

• Responsible for material completeness review: conduct material completeness review for orders matched with different products.
• Responsible for material compliance review: conduct compliance review of order application materials.
• Responsible for material authenticity review: conduct authenticity review of order application materials.
• Responsible for position-related material archiving: archive to fixed paths according to standard naming and storage requirements.
• Conduct order review according to existing review guidelines.
• Possess good service awareness, capable of independently completing relevant review business.
• Possess certain risk control awareness, capable of identifying a certain range of fraud information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.

Required Skills

• Understand after-sales claim business and basic vehicle knowledge.
• Automotive industry work experience preferred.
• Good stress resistance and adaptability, dare to challenge, strong communication and coordination skills, good learning ability.
