Financial Reporting Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus point
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP or IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account balances.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements
• Manage and maintain accounting records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate audits and assist auditors with their inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
