Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 6 working experience with at least 4 years working in Public Accounting Firms
(preferably Big 4).
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
4. Advanced proficiency in financial systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint). Preferably to have experience in corporate's accounting software.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations of our lease & operate
properties, including general ledger, and financial reporting.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements of
each property.
3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including journal entries,
reconciliations, and account balances.
4. Manage and maintain accounting records and documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
6. Assist auditors with their inquiries and data requests.
7. Assist tax team during tax audit and/or tax inquiries data related.
8. Involve heavily in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
