Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting our client in seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Analyst – Senior Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities for assigned business units
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Prepare variance analysis and provide financial insights and recommendations
• Support margin analysis, working capital review, and operational cost analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reports and presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain financial performance and support business decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and compliance with governance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SAP Finance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CIMA, CPA, or ACCA are advantageous
• Experience within shared services, managed services, or multinational environments is a plus
• Exposure to manufacturing, energy, petrochemical, or complex operational industries would be advantageous
