Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation of Shopee
Conduct and consolidate overall Shopee's budget projection, including short-term and long-term, according to management direction.
Develop a performance tracking measure to ensure that cost is properly monitored.
Work closely with the finance team, management, and other stakeholders to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
Prepare a periodic financial analysis report and presentation to the upper management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Experience in developing and managing budgets, financial modeling, forecasting, financial statement and variance analysis.
Knowledge of budgeting methodologies, cost allocation, and revenue recognition principles.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial audiences.
Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel is a must and proficiency in SQL is a plus.
