Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive financial reporting and performance analysis

• Sales & Gross Margin forecasting

• Pricing and price sensitivity analysis

• Promotional ROI analysis

• Annual Budget / AOP and rolling forecasts

• Store-level P&L and CAPEX analysis

• Inventory & Working Capital management

• Business partnering with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A experience

• Minimum 2 years of Retail, Pharmacy, or FMCG experience preferred

• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills

• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI/Tableau, SQL or Power Query is an advantage

• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
