Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of the Bank's annual budget, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Perform financial and variance analysis to monitor performance against targets.
- Consolidate business unit reports and provide insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior management review.
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and finance partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support ad-hoc analysis, scenario planning, and presentations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of banking financial metrics, profitability drivers, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle; Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus..
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
