Financial Planning and Forecasting:

Conduct overall business forecast (business target, budget planning, headcount planning)
Manage end to end budgeting process, ensuring the budget aligns to the business direction and stakeholder's needs
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

Business Performance, Budget Monitoring And Analysis

Analyze overall business performance and financial results, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the team to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping business units to make informed financial decisions.
Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise and strategic support.

Strategic Support

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce is preferable
Strong executional abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
High attention to detail and strongly meticulous
Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google workspace platform (Google Meet, Doc, Sheets, Forms, and Slides)
Strong work ethics and performance-driven
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in English
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
