Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A and Budget Control
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication both in English and Bahasa, equipped with great interpersonal skills
Competent in operating accounting system (Xero is a plus) and adequate knowledge in operating both Google Suites and Ms Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with the attitude to go extra-miles to deliver value for organization.

Job Descriptions

Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive budgets for all esports events.
Work with project managers and department heads to forecast financial needs and align budgets with strategic objectives.
Review and approve expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality.
Prepare and present regular financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, cost summaries, and financial projections.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the senior management team.
Participate in the monthly latest estimate (LE) process to update financial forecasts and provide an accurate financial outlook.
Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actuals and estimates, and offer recommendations to address these variances.
Develop and improve forecasting models and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the FP&A processes.
