About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to scale your career in the fast-paced digital economy

We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join our team for a 12-month project. In this role, you won't just handle daily numbers—you will play a crucial part in a Finance Operations Special Project focused on stabilizing processes, improving controls, and optimizing our Digital Goods financial ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in high-volume reconciliation, stakeholder management, and team oversight by monitoring our external Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Reconciliation & Investigation: Investigate financial discrepancies related to deposit balances, track historical data, identify root causes, and drive follow-up actions.
  • BPO Coordination: Monitor the daily workflows, task assignments, and outputs of BPO agents and Team Leads; act as the main point of contact for operational escalation.
  • Invoicing Control: Review monthly invoicing documentation to ensure 100% accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contract logic.
  • Process Optimization: Build, update, and maintain standardized monthly closing templates, tracking sheets, and action logs to improve long-term workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal finance stakeholders and external BPO teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely accounting closures.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Finance Operations PIC regarding project progress, operational blockers, and template enhancements.

What We Are Looking For (Minimum Requirements):

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, operational accounting, high-volume reconciliation, or monthly closing processes.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable using XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and handling large data sets).
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic working English proficiency.
  • Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced tech or e-commerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Great to Have):

  • Background working in E-commerce, Fintech, Digital Goods, or Payment/Settlement industries.
  • Prior experience monitoring or working alongside outsourced/BPO operational teams.
  • Experience as a Team Leader or showing strong leadership potential.
  • Experience drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) or structuring new financial templates.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work in a leading-edge digital/tech business ecosystem.
  • Clear visibility and impact through a dedicated process-improvement project.
  • Exposure to cross-border/multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Potential for contract extension based on business needs and performance reviews.

Expected Start Date: 1 July 2026
