Financial Director

Key Responsibilities

• Create, Prepare and analyze financial statements and Management reports
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Monitor company performance and conduct variance analysis
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions and business valuations
• Ensure compliance with finance and tax regulations
• Identity cost-saving and profit-improvement opportunities
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision making such as pricing and profitability planning.
• Set up and optimize financial tools (Invoicing, payroll, expense systems).
• Improve processes related to procurement, payment cycles, and receivables.
• Ensure financial data accuracy to support operational decisions.
• Work closely with Operational, Procurement & Inventory Control, Marketing and other departments to ensure financial alignment.
• Build and develop a small but high-performing finance team as the company scales.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 610+ years of experience in finance roles; startup experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on mindsetcomfortable building systems from scratch.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and strategic planning skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
• Professional certifications preferred: CPA or equivalent.
• Strong command of English with the ability to present financial information clearly and confidently.
