Role Description The Financial Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Uluwatu, responsible for supporting the financial operations of Bingin Villa Management. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining accurate accounting records for managed villas. The Financial Coordinator will monitor income and expenses, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, supporting management in decision-making, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant financial policies. Collaboration with operations and hospitality teams to provide clear financial insights and updates is a key part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and practical experience in Financial Reporting.
Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills, including familiarity with accounting systems and principles.
Candidates should possess experience in Budgeting and financial planning for operational environments.
Candidates should possess proven Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and generating insights.
Relevant bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work on-site in Uluwatu, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in hospitality, property, or villa management finance is an advantage.
