We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team onsite in Tabanan, Bali.

In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of the resort, bringing clarity, discipline, and sound judgement to ensure integrity and consistency across all financial matters, in support of the property's long-term vision.

Requirements

• Established experience in a senior finance role, ideally within luxury hospitality
• Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, and Indonesian regulations
• A thoughtful, detail-conscious approach with a high standard of accuracy
• Ability to manage cash flow, cost control, and financial planning with confidence
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
