JOB PURPOSE
Ensure strong financial control and smooth finance operations through accurate reporting, cost control, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support monthly closing, financial analysis, and statutory reporting
- Monitor budget vs. actual (SG&A, intercompany, inventory)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, and IFRS 16 lease management
- Manage credit control, AR reporting, and customer payment follow-ups
- Support FSSC teams, audits, tax matters, and balance sheet reviews
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Finance Controller or similar role
- Strong SAP, Excel, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Good tax and financial reporting knowledge
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a multinational environment
