Financial Controller

Requirements

• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
• Background in Industrial Park, Property, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, Logistics, or similar industries is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of FAT, FP&A, financial modelling, tax, and risk management.
• Experience in ERP implementation and business process improvement.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing, profitability, CAPEX, and cash flow.
• Experience in greenfield/project-based or asset-heavy businesses is preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controlling.
• Manage project finance, CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis for pricing, investment, expansion, and business decisions.
• Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Manage financial risk, governance, and compliance.
• Lead ERP implementation and finance process improvement.
• Develop a 5-year financial strategy to support business growth and profitability.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to Management.
• Lead and develop the Finance team.
