The Ascott Limited - Ascott Indonesia is expanding its portfolio with the upcoming opening of the prestigious Oakwood Slipi Jakarta, and we invite experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our pre-opening team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure proper accounting, statutory and fiscal standards are complied.
- Directs preparation of budgets and forecasts, reviews proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
- Managing credit controlling and cash flow activities within the organization
- Advise and review tax requirements and tax filing reports for the company.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- Prior experience in hotel pre-opening is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal & written (expatriate GM)
- Willing to be working on-site in Slipi, West Jakarta.
