Financial Controller

Job Overview

The Finance Controller oversees financial reporting, compliance, and accounting governance across AP, AR, GL, treasury, and tax. Ensures accurate month-end closing, strong internal controls, and timely management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Closing & Reporting

- Lead monthly/annual closing, review journals, reconciliations, and variance reports.

- Finalize consolidated financial statements (PSAK/IFRS compliant).

2. Accounting Governance

- Oversee AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, treasury, and tax accounting activities.

- Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and completeness of financial data.

3. Compliance & Audit

- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws and statutory regulations.

- Manage internal/external audits and maintain internal control standards.

4. Management Reporting & Analysis

- Review revenue, expenses, cash flow, and key financial metrics.

- Provide insights, risks, and recommendations for management.

5. Cash & Liquidity Oversight

- Monitor cash movements, bank reconciliations, and liquidity status.

- Identify potential cash risks and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.

2. 7 years experience with at least 3 years overseeing accounting/controlling.

3. Strong knowledge of PSAK, VAT, PPh, and statutory reporting.

4.Proficient in financial analysis, ERP/accounting systems, and internal controls.

5. Strong leadership, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
