Job Description
Statutory Reporting:
- Prepare and submit quarterly bapepam financial statements both in consolidation and stand alone version.
- Prepare and submit financial numbers and analysis for bank annual report.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure required is received and validated on time.
- Perfom footing, cross footing, and analysis prior to submission to regulators.
Stress Testing
- Support preparation of BUST stress testing requirement and ensure alignment with regulator expectation and timeline.
- Act as Solvency stress test coordinator, ensure the completeness and timeliness of data and report submitted.
Financial Audit
- Act as audit coordinator for statutory and financial reporting audit, including:
- Managing the annual audit process
- Coordinating requests between auditors and internal departments
- Ensuring audit data requests are submitted accurately and on time
- Prepare external auditor appointment material for RMC and BOC meeting
- Consolidate audit evaluation for audit committee notification
Corporate Action
- Support financial analysis for corporate action.
