Job Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in the food industry, is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and budgeting related to production operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Costing, FP&A, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Good understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial projections.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare financial projections based on production plans and operational requirements.
Develop and monitor budgets related to raw material purchases, production costs, and operational expenses.
Calculate and analyze labor costs, meal allowances, overtime, and other production-related expenses.
Support budgeting and cost planning to ensure production activities remain aligned with the company's financial targets.
Analyze actual costs against budget and provide insights for management.
Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business and operational decisions.
