Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of regular financial and management reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
2. Perform financial data analysis including actual vs budget comparisons, trends, and variance analysis.
3. Support the budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation process for business units.
4. Provide financial projections to support project leads, including screnario modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
5. Coordinate with accounting, tax & business teams to collect and validate financial data.
6. Prepare financial insights and summary reports to support strategis decision-making.
7. Ensure accuracy and consisteny of financial data across internal system and reports.
8. Support the development of dashboards and financial models using Excel/Power BI or other relevant tools.
9. Assist in internal and external audit process as needed.

Requirements:

1. Can speak mandarin well.
2. Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Management or Economics will be preffered.
3. Well-presented and professional appeareance.
4. Have experience in Finance Accounting & Tax min 3 years.
5. Strong interest in financial reporting, data analysis, and financial projections for business initiatives.
6. Detail oriented, analytical and calloborative with good communication skills.
7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI & Google Data Studio).
8. Experience with ERP system (e.g. SAP & Oracle) and basic knowledge of PSAK & taxation is a plus.
