About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead project origination, consulting mandates, and syndication arranger services. This role involves managing client relationships, guiding Analysts, and ensuring successful execution of consulting projects from strategy development to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and project origination, including pitch book and proposal preparation.

• Present consulting proposals to clients and committees, ensuring alignment with client needs.

• Manage consulting mandates: work plans, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Execute arranger consulting services, including syndication processes and financing coordination.

• Oversee project administration, contract management, and client feedback.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to Analysts to support organizational development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years experience in project origination, project management, public private partnership or financial syndication.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• Ability to lead and develop team
