Role Description The Financial Accounting Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cikupa. This position oversees daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The supervisor is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations. The role includes supervising and mentoring accounting staff, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and supporting tax reporting and statutory filings. The Financial Accounting Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, improve internal controls, and enhance accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support strategic financial decisions.
  • Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role
  • Solid understanding of local tax regulations, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate in English as working language
  • Willingness to work on-site in Cikupa and adapt to evolving business needs.
