Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly examine all payment documents, ensuring completeness, tax compliance, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Execute essential monthly closing activities, encompassing the meticulous journal entry of daily transactions, including revenue and payment entries.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly financial statements, offering insights and recommendations.
- Methodically prepare, calculate, and report monthly tax assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Oversee and manage internal control measures, including conducting stock opname of assets and inventory to safeguard company assets.
- Diligently execute tasks in alignment with established policies, instructions, and directions provided by organizational leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-3 years working experiences in consulting firm (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Full Proficiency in English or Mandarin
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to organizational directives
