Your Key Mission

As our Accounting & Finance Staff, you will support daily accounting and finance operations by ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting while contributing to a world-class manufacturing business.

What You'll Do

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support bank reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accounting documents and financial records.
• Assist with tax administration and audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth business operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or organizational experience in accounting is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software or ERP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic English proficiency is an advantage.
