Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's full-set accounting treatment in accordance with Indonesian local accounting standards and tax regulations; complete voucher preparation, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and expense allocation; accurately account for revenue, costs, and various expenses to ensure true and complete accounts.
- Responsible for organizing and archiving various vouchers, account books, and financial materials; complete monthly and quarterly accounting closing on time, prepare basic financial statements, and provide basic financial data for management analysis. Conduct current account management, regularly reconcile receivables, payables, and intercompany balances, and follow up on current account clearance.
- Complete daily tax-related accounting treatment, cooperate with tax declaration and invoice management, verify tax-related accounting data, and provide financial materials to external tax and audit institutions. Strictly implement company financial systems, review expense reimbursement documents, and verify document compliance.
- Conduct asset accounting management, complete asset entry and reconciliation. Cooperate with month-end and year-end closing and inventory work, promptly identify and report accounting abnormalities; complete other financial accounting-related work assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Accounting bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of practical full-set accounting experience in Indonesian local enterprises; automotive financing, financing lease, or microcredit accounting experience preferred; excellent fresh graduates can be trained as accounting assistants.
- Fluent in Indonesian reading and writing; capable of independently preparing accounting vouchers and accounting explanations, with simple business communication.
- Familiar with Indonesian PSAK accounting standards, DJP electronic invoice e-Faktur, and routine tax accounting treatment; proficient in using ERP financial systems and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) for accounting ledgers; understanding of financial industry interest receivable, asset impairment, and mortgaged vehicle accounting logic.
- Meticulous, strong principles, zero tolerance for accounting errors; capable of accepting periodic overtime during month-end and quarter-end closing; strong execution.
- Strictly maintain financial accounting, fund, and cost data confidentiality; no bad employment records such as accounting fraud, invoice fraud, or fund misappropriation.
